Welcome to Forgotten Tails!

The goal of Forgotten Tails is simple; to shine a light on those animals lost in the dark.  Most people love animals.  They shower their pets with all the love and attention they deserve.  Unfortunately, too many animals suffer because they're not in a caring environment.  That small percentage of people that neglect, abuse, or abandon animals causes way too much pain.  But there is hope.  There are many, many animal rescues around the country and these are their stories.

Forgotten Tails has stories and articles from the people who dedicate their time to help those poor animals that have fallen through the cracks.  Through their words, you'll see how satisfying it is to give your time and love to rescue animals.  Through their stories, you'll feel how heartbreaking it can be dealing with animals on which others have given up.  Through their experiences, you'll know why it's so important to support your local animal rescue.  There are many ways you could help, through volunteering to donating supplies to underwriting expenses.  So enjoy what you read here, then check out the link section to find a rescue near you.
